Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply when you browse oooh.ph or buy from Oooh! ("Oooh", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
Oooh! sells prints, framed pieces, Lightboxes and other objects featuring work by independent photographers and creatives. We're based at One Lafayette Square Condominium, Makati, Philippines. You can reach us at printsbyoooh@gmail.com or via SMS/WhatsApp at 0928 341 7483.
2. Orders
- Every piece is made to order. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive our order confirmation.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price or listing was shown incorrectly, a Limited Edition has sold out, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
- Please check the artwork, size, paper, frame and finish before you order. Because each piece is made for you, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱). The total at checkout includes the options you choose, such as framing or mounting, and any delivery fee.
- Payment is handled at checkout by our payment providers. We don't store your card details.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that are already confirmed.
4. How your piece will look
Colors can look different on a screen than on paper or backlit film, and room mockups on the site show scale and setting rather than an exact result. Small variations in color, texture and finish are a normal part of printing and hand-assembled framing. Anything clearly wrong is covered by our Refund policy.
5. Editions
Each artwork is sold as either an Open Edition, printed on demand with no fixed limit, or a Limited Edition, with a fixed number of prints stated on the product page. Once a Limited Edition is sold out, that edition is closed.
6. Production, delivery, returns and refunds
Production times, delivery areas and free-shipping rules are set out in our Shipping policy. Damaged, defective or wrong items are handled under our Refund policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.
7. Custom orders
Custom work, such as custom sizes, framing or commissions, is quoted separately. The details we agree with you in writing (price, specifications, timeline and payment) apply together with these Terms.
8. The artwork belongs to the artists
All artworks, photographs and other content on oooh.ph are owned by the individual artists or by Oooh and are protected by copyright. Buying a piece gives you the physical object, not the copyright in the image. You may not copy, scan, reproduce or use the images commercially without written permission from us or the artist.
9. Using the site
Please don't misuse oooh.ph: no attempts to disrupt or break the site, no automated scraping, no fraudulent orders and no unlawful use. We may correct errors in product information, pricing or availability at any time.
10. Our liability
To the extent allowed by Philippine law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines or other laws that can't be excluded.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Each order is governed by the Terms in place when it was placed.
