Shipping policy

Every piece at Oooh is made to order, so shipping happens in two steps: we prepare your order, then a delivery courier app delivers it.

Production time

• Unframed prints: 3 business days
• Framed prints (any frame option) and Lightboxes: 7 business days

Delivery

Once your order is ready, we book it with a delivery courier app. Delivery is same-day from that point, no separate multi-day wait once it's actually out the door.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Metro Manila and nearby areas our delivery courier apps serve. If you're ordering from Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else outside that reach, message us before placing your order and we'll figure out the best way to get it to you.
